Karl co-founded InRail Solutions Ltd, in 2017, using his extensive knowledge, gained from over 30 years in the industry. He has held senior management positions for both Contractor, and Client organisations. His project involvements have been multi-disciplinary, nationwide. Proudly, he has grown the business to what it is today, using his experience, reputation, innovation, and proven track record of success.
Steve Jackson
Director
Steve co-founded Inrail Solutions Ltd in 2017, after spending over 20 years working throughout the UK, on various Rail and Infrastructure projects. Using his extensive knowledge, gained over the years in the industry, the business has grown in both size, and capability, to deliver a first class service to its growing client base. Steve has managed, and overseen, the implementation of some major projects within a growing organisation. These now has the expertise and skills to deliver both large and small projects to the same high standards.
Steve Clark
Operations Director
Steve has successfully supported InRail Solutions on various projects, since 2020. His original career path consisted within the Civils Industry, where he was involved with the Construction of Bridges, Diaphragm walls, pile Caps, Runways and various other civil projects. Steves' experience, of 35+ years, has enabled him to mange various multi- disciplinary projects and support many major construction companies. His knowledge, reputation, and integrity has strengthened the business, and is a valued member of our team.
Paul De Mello
Head of Engineering
Paul is an distinguished construction professional, with over 15 years in the railway industry. He has exceptional technical experience, and competence in both Engineering Assurance and Delivery. Paul is accomplished in dealing with many aspects of the railway, from Interface Management and Conceptual Design through to close out of complex projects. Using his first-hand knowledge, and professionalism, Paul consistently represents our company values and reputation.
